Sarah Ogden joined us from East Lothian Council where she was Head Teacher of Pinkie St Peter's Primary School. Prior to her career in education Sarah worked in the financial services industry for Nationwide across a range of roles. Over the last five years Sarah has worked with the Pinkie community to build their confidence and resilience, focusing on the needs of every child and their family. Working with staff, parents, the local community and colleagues from academia, government and the wider public sector Sarah built a community approach to solving problems and tackling inequality. The success of this approach has created opportunities to influence the Poverty Commission and Scottish Parliament. At the core of her values is getting it right for customers.
And...Sarah has an old VW T25 which she loves and in return it starts when it chooses, so any help is always appreciated!
