Dealing with money issues can be a stressful time. You are not alone in feeling this way. It is reported that over eight million people in the UK have experienced financial difficulties. We know that this can be tough to deal with and can leave you feeling overwhelmed. There are organisations that could help and support you.

StepChange Debt Charity

StepChange Debt Charity is the UK’s leading debt advice charity, helping over 650,000 every year to take back control of their finances, and their lives.

The support they offer is free, impartial and confidential and every person receives expert, personalised advice to help them deal with their debts. The service provided is available online or over the phone.

National Debtline

National Debtline provides free advice and resources to help you deal with your debts. You can access their services over the phone on 0800 808 4000, or by visiting their website at www.nationaldebtline.org.

The National Debtline contact centre is open Monday to Friday from 9am to 8pm, and Saturday 9:30am to 1pm.

Citizens Advice 

Citizens Advice through their network of independent charities, offers confidential advice online, over the phone, and in person, for free.
